Advisory network
Extended expertise. Deployed when it matters most.
A trusted network of specialist advisors who strengthen the firm's delivery across project coordination, talent advisory, sector expertise and regional market access.
Tan Jimenez Consulting operates through a lean core team and an extended advisory network — specialists who are engaged when a client engagement requires depth in a particular sector, region or function that falls outside the core team's primary focus. This structure is deliberate. It means that our clients always work with the most relevant expertise for their specific situation — not a generalist stretched thin, but a focused advisor with direct experience in exactly what they need.
Our advisory network is not a roster of names. It is a group of professionals we have worked with directly, trust personally, and bring into specific engagements with clear purpose. Each advisor extends the firm's capability in a distinct and meaningful way.
““We support Tan Jimenez Consulting by bringing regional insight, specialised expertise and practical execution experience across talent, market expansion, project coordination and technology-enabled opportunities. Together, we believe advisory work should help clients move with clarity, build trusted relationships and turn ambition into structured action.” ”

Project Development & Talent Advisory Consultant
Eleanor supports the firm's extended advisory capability with experience across project development, recruitment, career advisory and talent solutions. Her exposure to energy, engineering, infrastructure, offshore, marine and construction-related sectors strengthens support for clients requiring project coordination, technical talent insight and practical workforce solutions across international and regional markets.
View Page →How the advisory works in practice
Advisory network members are engaged on a project basis — brought into specific client engagements where their expertise is directly relevant to the brief. This might mean Noemie coordinating a regional project in Asia, Nicki supporting a construction company's talent strategy in Southeast Asia, or Eleanor advising on technical hiring for an energy client navigating workforce transformation.
In every case, the engagement is coordinated by Jaimee — who remains the primary point of contact for the client, manages the advisory relationship and ensures that the contribution of each advisor is integrated into a coherent, commercially aligned output. Clients do not have to manage multiple relationships. They manage one, and the right expertise is brought to them.
This structure reflects one of the firm's core beliefs: that advisory quality comes from relevant depth, not from size. A focused advisor with direct experience in your sector and region will always outperform a generalist with a large team and a broad mandate. The TJC advisory network is how we ensure that depth is always available — without adding overhead that would compromise the personal, founder-led nature of how we work.
Why this matters for you as a client or partner.
When you engage Tan Jimenez Consulting, you engage a firm with a broader range of relevant expertise than its core team size would suggest. The advisory network means that a market entry strategy engagement can draw on regional coordination expertise in Asia. A talent advisory brief can draw on specialist knowledge of construction, energy or infrastructure hiring in Asia-Pacific. A partner ecosystem engagement can be supported by advisors with direct market access and operational knowledge in the geographies involved.
And across all of it, the engagement remains personal, coordinated and commercially focused — because that is what distinguishes advisory that creates genuine value from advisory that simply delivers a report.
I created Tan Jimenez Consulting with a clear belief: growth should be strategic, human and sustainable. After years of working across international markets, I have seen that businesses do not only need ideas — they need clarity, the right people, trusted partners and the confidence to execute. My goal is to help companies connect ambition with practical action. Whether through market growth, commercial partnerships, talent strategy or technology-enabled solutions, I want this firm to become a trusted bridge between opportunity and execution.
